O’Boyle [e-mail to: meo@commerce-group.com] Re: GS #2812 (Request for Public Records Related to Martin O'Boyle Criminal Case) Dear Martin E. O’Boyle [e-mail to: meo@commerce-group.com]: Thank you for your Facilitation Fee of $250.00 by check #52414 on August 31, 2020 for the public record request described above, received by the Town on August 31, 2020. The Town will apply this to the production of records in accordance with the 2018 Settlement Agreement. The original request can be found at the following link: https://portal.laserfiche.com/Portal/DocView.aspx?id=173216&repo=r-430100cc Through your attorney, you agreed to have $27.57 deducted from the $250.00 Facilitation Fee for GS #2812-1 of the request above. That leaves you with a balance of $222.43. On November 10, 2020, your attorney responded to GS #2812-9 and stated “Let’s go ahead and produce. What additional funds do you need from us?” GS #2812-9 required a deposit of $241.90 which would deplete the $222.43 balance of your Facilitation Fee leaving a balance owed of $19.47.
