the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program, in Accordance with Senate Bill 1, the
"Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017."
6. Adopt Resolution No. 2024 -(Next -in -Order), Approving the Updated Calendar Year 2024
Salary Schedule to Comply with California Public Employee's Retirement System
(CaIPERS) Statutory and Regulatory Requirements for Compensation Earnable and
Publicly Available Pay Schedules.
7. Receive and File the March 31, 2024, Quarterly Treasurer's Report.

9. Consider Adopting Resolution No. 2024 -(Next -in -Order), Authorizing the Issuance of Not
to Exceed $50,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Improvement Area No. 1 of City
of Rancho Mirage Community Facilities District No. 5 (Section 31) Special Tax Bonds,
Series 2024A (Tax -Exempt) and Series 2024B (Federally Taxable), Approving the
Execution and Delivery of an Indenture, a Bond Purchase Agreement and a Continuing
Disclosure Agreement and the Preparation of an Official Statement and Other Matters
Related Thereto.
