PLAINFTELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Special Meeting
DATE: November 21, 1984
AT: Village Hall
BOARD OF TRUSTEES PRESENT: D. Lambert, J. Dement, G. Ansley,
J. King, M. Latta, W. Sharp. Mayor
Selfridge was. absent.
OTHERS PRESENT: Village Administrator - J. West,
WJOL Radio Newsman - Randy Burger.
Village Clerk - V. Krnac was absent.

In the absence of Mayor Selfridge and Village Clerk V. Krnac,
Deputy Clerk J. West opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the
pledge to the flag.
W. Sharp made a motion to appoint G. Ansley Mayor Pro tem.
Seconded by J. Dement. Vote by roll call. Lambert, aye dement,
aye; Ansley, pass; King, aye; Latta, aye; Sharp, aye. 5 ayes,
1 pass. Motion declared carried.
J. Dement made a motion to approve Resolution No. 838 Employees
liandbook, effective November 1, 1984 with the execption of the
Police Officers hours which. will become effective November 26,
1984. Seconded by W. Sharp. Vote by roll call. Lambert, aye;
Dement, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Latta, aye; Sharp, aye.
6 ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
J. Dement made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by W. Sharp.
