alley between South 21st & 22nd Sts . from South A St. south to the
north-line of Tract 537 Official Map of the City of Richmond , Ir_d.
under Improvement Resoluti on No. 559-1919 . No one appearing or
_remonstrating the Board decided that the benefits to property li-
able to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of
same as reported by the City Civil 'Lngineer, and thereupon take
final action on said resolution, the same being confirmed without
modification, and the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids.
Bills to the amount of 34,826 ,05 were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board approved the various payrolls up to March 1 , 1919 .
The Board then adjourned.

The Board of Public Viorks of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of the said Board, Monday, March 10,
1919 , at 8 :30 A.M. All members of the said Board being present
Messrs. Johnson , Taylor, and Peltz , the following proceedings were
had to-wit :
Minutes of the previous meeting read and were approved.
The Board approved the bond of the Barrett Co. of Cincinnati , Ohio
for the furnishing of Tarvia to the City of Richmond, Indiana for
the year 1919 .
