Monday, March 3, 1919 .
The Board of public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of the said Board , Monday, March 3rd
1919 , at 8 :30 A.M. A11 members of the said Board being present
Messrs. Johnson, Taylor, and Feltz , the following proceedings were
had to-wit :
I/ Minutes of the previous meeting read and were approved.
Mr. Peitz moved that a vote of thanks be given Mr. Johnson for the
use of Truck for making an estimate of the removal of ashes from
the alleys. Seconded by Mr. Taylor.
The Board instructed Mr. Dillon, Supt . of the Light Plant to place
a light in the first alley south of Main St . between 13th & 14th
Streets.
The Board referred the complaint of the Bad condition of Out build-
ing at 808 North 16th St. to the Board of Health
The Board instructed the City Engineer to put cinders on Center St ,
where needed.
The Board did then adjourn.
