The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana
met in regular session at the office of the said Board, Thurs-
day, January 16th. 1919 , at 8;30 A. M. All members of the
said Board being present. Messrs. Johnson, Taylor and Pelts,
The following proceedings were had to-wit : -

Minutes , of the previous meeting read and were approved.
Mr. Davis reported to the Board that he had received commun-
i cati ons •from the Starr Piano Company, regarding lots in the
Hannover adition.
Mr. Johnson moved that the City Engineer be instructed 'to
communicate with Mr. Clarence Gennett, of the Starr Piano Co. ,
and make the proposition of selling lots number 4, 5, 6, 7,
and 41 of the Hannover adition for 200.00. Seconded by Mr.
Taylor , so ordered. -
A petition was filed with the Board, signed by Harry Land and
five other property :owners , for a cement roadway in alley
between north 15th. and 16th. streets from north B to north
C streets. Refered to City Engineer for plans.
The Board instructed the City Engineer and the Fire Chief to
take up, with Mr. Wolf, Construction Engineer of the P. C . C.
& St . L. Ry. Co. , the placing -of fire hydrants along the street
known as Gaar Road.
The Board did then adjourn.
