The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, et
in regular session at the office of the said Board, Thursday
January 2nd. 1919 at 9 : C0 A. M. All members of the said Board
being present Messrs. Johnson, Taylor and Peltz , the following
proceedings were had to-wit :
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.
There being no further official business,

Monday January 6th. 1919.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session .at the office of the said Board, Monday Jan-
uary 6th. 1919, at 9;00 A. M. All members of the said Board
being present Messrs. Johnson, Taylor and• Peltz , the following
proceedings were had to-wit :
Minutes of the previous meeting read and were approved .
The Board granted B. F. Treep permission to garden lot #6, back
' of lot #17 Bridge Avenue , for the year 1919 .
The Board instructed the City Engineer to look after sewer at
#205 North 5th. Street , also to look into cause of water running
over street in front of #1026 No . J. street.
Benj . Deuker, representing the P . C . C . & St. L. Railroad- Co" � ,
presented to the Board a petition asking that the City provide
for three Fire Hydrants located along pipe line along the street
known as Gaar Road, at poilita designated on plat.
