Monday January 6th. 1919. The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session .at the office of the said Board, Monday Jan- uary 6th. 1919, at 9;00 A. M. All members of the said Board being present Messrs. Johnson, Taylor and• Peltz , the following proceedings were had to-wit : Minutes of the previous meeting read and were approved . The Board granted B. F. Treep permission to garden lot #6, back ' of lot #17 Bridge Avenue , for the year 1919 . The Board instructed the City Engineer to look after sewer at #205 North 5th. Street , also to look into cause of water running over street in front of #1026 No . J. street. Benj . Deuker, representing the P . C . C . & St. L. Railroad- Co" � , presented to the Board a petition asking that the City provide for three Fire Hydrants located along pipe line along the street known as Gaar Road, at poilita designated on plat.
