Thursday April 23rd, 1914.
The Board of Public Works of the City of ?ichmcnd, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Thursday
April 23rd, 1914, at 9 O'clock. A. Me All the members of said
Board being present, Messrs, Bevis, Marlatt and McMinn.
The following proceedings ^ere had, to-rit:-
petitions presented to council & referred to the Board for con-
struction of crosswalk across Ridge St, at Grant St, was re-
ceived and taken under advisement for investigaticn, Also to
macadamize South Bth Street, from "H" to "I." Street.
Petitions were received for the construction Of cement roadway

from Borth 'B" to "C" Street, referred to City civil Engineer
for plans.
The Board directed the City Engineer to prepare 11ans & speci-
fications for the improvement oY Richmond Ave, from 5th Street
to the alley west of Aestt8th Street, as petition for on April,
20th, 1914.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 419-
1914, for the improvement of the alley the eenfulSouth iof thelel-
