of On motion of Mr. 111011inn, the Board now enters its prelimi-
nary order, designating that the said Main Street, be improved
by paving the same with Peebles Wire Cut, brick in accordance
vith plans and specifications.
The Board received bids for the improvement of the ailey %mown
as North "B" Street, by constructing a cement road -.ray from
Ft -'Mayne Ave, to North 6th Street, as provided for by Improve-
ment Resolution No. 414-19149 as follows, to -wit:-
" Schneider Bros., bid:- 12 1/2c sq-yard.
Cement roadvray complete -
The bid of Schneider Bros., being the only one received and
being within the estimate of the City Civil Engineer, the
contract was on motion awarded to said Schneider Bros,,
The matter of raising the C. & 0. Ry• Bridge across 'sin St,
was referred to the City attorney to take the ratter up with
OfTicials of the T. H. I. & E• Traction Company•
The Board then adjourned,
