ORDINANCE NO. /-/J
AN ORDINANCE NARROWING A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED STREET
IN THE N.W.1/4, SECTION 6, T26S, R22E, SLB&M.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Moab,
Grand County, Utah, that the Petition of Bill H. Flynn and Bonnie
R. Flynn to narrow a portion of an unnamed street be granted as
follows:
1. That certain tract of land located in the
N.W.1/4, Section 6 T26S, R22E, SLB&M, being that portion of
unnamed street aforesaid and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears North 20.0 feet
and East 1079.9 feet from the West 1/4 corner of
Section 6, T26S,R22E, SLB&M, and proceeding thence
North 116.5 feet, thence East 14.7 feet, thence
South 120.0 feet, thence West 9.7 feet to a point
at the back of curb, thence with said curb to the
right along a curve, the chord of which bears
N54°47'W 6.10 feet to the point of beginning,
narrowing that portion of unnamed street by the
dimensions of the parcels so vacated; this vaca-
tion of a portion of unnamed street shall in no
wise impair the franchise rights of any public utility
nor extinguish any existing municipal utility rights
evidenced by or in place within the portion of unnamed
street so vacated.
2. The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of
this Ordinance in the Office of the Recorder, County of Grand,
State of Utah, and to cause the same to be indexed in the name of
the City of Moab, Grantor and Bill H. Flynn and Bonnie R. Flynn,
Grantee.
3. This ordinance shall take effect and be en-
forced from and after its passage and publication according to
law.
