EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER l6, 1999 6:30 P.NI. PUTNAM COUNTY LIBRARY
The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Tuesday, November 16, 1999, 6:30
p.m. at the Putnam County Library. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll
Call, the following were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer Councilor
Green, Councilor Baynard and Councilor Masten. Also present was City Attorney Laurie
Robertson and Mark Sausser, Attorney for Baker and Daniels.
This meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(1)(D), Property Acquisition.
No other items were discussed.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Roach, seconded by Councilor Baynard. Vote was
unanimous.
