AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS
FOR A TREE STUMPER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a tree stumper in the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said tree
stumper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for a tree stumper for the Parks Department.
Adopted this 21st day of October, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on October 22, 1999.
