J. Bootz, W. Sharp, J. Peterson,
D. Gullicksen.

Mayor Latta opened the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
Roll call was taken. Mayor Latta, Trustees Callanan, Dement, Bootz, Sharp,
and Peterson were present. D. Gullicksen arrived at 8:00 p.m.
J. Peterson moved to adjourn to Executive Session regarding possible employ-~
went of a Village Administrator, to reconvene. Seconded by W. Sharp. Voice
vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
6:38 p.m.
9:51 p.m.
W. Sharp moved to adjourn, due to no action to be taken. Seconded by J.
Bootz. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
