The Board of Public lcrks of the City of Fichmond, Indiana met
in special session in the office of naid Board Saturday Dec .
28th. 1918 , at 9 :00 A. M. All members of said Board being, I/
present Messrs . Johnson, -Ta?lor and Peljrz . The following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit : -
The minutes of-the previous meeting were approved without read-
ing.
Pursuant-,to call meeting on motion the Board , pursuant. to Or-
dinance heretofore passed by the Common Council , purchased of
Joseph T . Gist and wife ,as Gravel land and gravel site , the
certain_ 7.ea1 Estate situate North of and adjacent to the city
of nichmond described as shown in Street and Alley ieccrd Jo.4
page 65 4 o which reference is hereby made: and the Board ordered
and directed as payment in full of the purchase pricetthereOf,
that a note be immediately executed by the City of Richmond ,
-nay able to said Joseph T. Gist calling for the payment of the
sum of Five Thousand Dollars eight months after thin date , with-
out interest until after mat.rity.
The Board did then adjourn. -
