July 13th, tr 1914, at 9 O'clock A. Li. All the members of said
Board being present, Messrs, Bavls, Marlatt and McMinn.
c The following proceedings were had, to -wit:-

A petition was presented, signed by Louis Lalyarules, for the
vacation of alley between North 13th & 14th Street, from north

Board investigate conditions before any action is taken on
same, motion prevailed.
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract
under Improvement Resolution Nov 394-19140 for the construct-
ion of cement roadway in the alley between South 12th & 13th
South "F" to "R" Street. The Board accepted the

same and ordered assessment roll prepared.
