The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana
met in regular sessionL.at the office of the said Board, Mon-
_ day, December 16, 1918 at 9:00 A.M. Two of the members of
- said Board being present , Messrs. Taylor and Feltz, absent
Mr. Johnson. The following proceedings were had, to-wit :-
The Minutes of the previous meeting read and were approved.

Union Traction Company ,of Indiana
Indianapolis & Cincinnati Traction Company
.Terre Haute, Indianapolis & Eastern Traction
- Company for increased passenger fares.
The Union Traction Company of Indiana , Indianapolis &
Cincinnati Traction Company and Terre Haute,_ Indianapolis &
Eastern Traction Company have filed petitions with the Public
Service Commission of Indiana seeking authority to increase
their passenger rates from two and one-half cents (2-1) to two
and three-quarters cents (2g ) per -mile.
_ ,These matters have been set for hearing at the office of
the Public Service Commission of Indiana, State House , Indiana-
polis, Indiana, at 9 :30 o' clock A.M. , Monday, December •23, 1918.
