Thursday , October 2 , 1918 ;
The Board of Public Works of the City of r ichmond , Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board , Thursday,
October 3, 1918 , at 9 :00 A.M. All members of said Board being
present , Messrs . Johnson, Taylor and Peitz . The following pro-
ceedings were had , to-wit : -
I/ . The Minutes of the previous meeting read and were aooroved. .
City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract
under Improvement aesolu ti on 555-1918 . Mr. Pelts moved that
it be accepted and the Clerk ordered to prepare the assess-
ment roll . Seconded by Mr. Taylor so ordered .
The Board , then adjourned.

were had , to-wit : -

The Board approved the Primary Assessment _.o11 in the matter of
Improvement _.esoluti on No . 555-1918 , providing for the construct-
ing of a cement roadway in the alley between South 5th &, 6th Stet.

Mr. Miller 6ppeared before the Board in the matter of the Aed .
Cross using the .est aide Lose House pertaining that .,Jr. moss
said they vanted_ to put in an extra fridow at iheir oT.a expense .
I/ The Board informed Mr. Miller that permission would be granted
for them to put in this extra wind oy at their own".exoense , also
the City would furnish the electricity, stove and men to do the

His honor the Mayor informed the Board to have the Engineer get
up an estimate for hauling trash with a view of letting it out :y
contract . Mr. Johnson moved that the City En.gineer prepare a
schedule for the hauling of trash and present to the Board so that
they could advertise for bids . eco i ed by Mr. Tz,-sIor so ordered .
