Tuesday, August 6 , 1918
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana
met in special session in the office of the said Board, Tues-
day, August 6, 1918 at 9 :00 A. M. Two of the members of said
Board being present , Messrs. Johnson and Peitz , absent Mr. Tay-
lor. The following proceeding was had to wit : -
I/ The minutes of the previous meeting were approved without read-
ing.
The Board takes up and considers the bids submitted on Monday,
August 5, 1918 , to install a two ( 2) pipe vacuum system - or. the
purpose of heating the City Hall , under Improvement Resolution
No. 556-1918. Mr. Peitz moved the t the bid of the Stanley
Plumbing & Electric Co. be accepted and they be awarded the
contract . Seconded by Mr. Johnson, so ordered .
The Board then adjourned .
