The Board decides that if the owner of the property at the
northwest corner of train & 4th Street, will put in new wall
and curb & gutter• at the proper grade, they will cut the
street to conform to the same, so as to eliminate existing
conditions.
The Board directed the finance Department to pay reserves on
following improvements as follows, to -wit: -

On motion of Mrs Marlatt, the Park Sup'ts, was granted Per
mission to move water closet in Glen Park, from back of
Pavillion.
The City Engineer reported the completion of contracjt under
Improvement Resolution Nos."97-1914 C.G.& 'V7alks North 16th
St, Also 416-19140 C. & G. & Concrete St North loth Street,
the Board accepted the same and ordered assessment roll,

The Board of Public 'Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regulc.r session at the office of Bald Beard Monday
July 20th, 19149 at 9 O'clock A, Y, All the mec-bers of said
Board being present, Messrs, Bevis, Marlatt and McMinn,
The following proceedingo were had, to -wit: -
In the natter of macadamizing South 21st Street, from South
"A" to "B" Street, on account of vast amount of hauling on
this street at this time, the Board on motion decide to await
until latter in the reason before macadamizing the same.
The Board grunted permission to Edgar Norris, to construct a
14ft, sidewalk on North loth Street at "H' Street, in front of
his property Lot 7, S. Co & C. Brovm, Addition, under private
contract, under the supervision of the City Civil Engineer.

The City Civil Engineer, was directed to investigate and report
as to the needs & cost of proper inlets On Ft -Wayne Ave, N."E"
St, North llth Street, and between South loth & Ilth & "C" &
"D" Street.
The Board received bids for the improvement of Neff Street, from
Ft -Wayne Ave, to Il. Gth St, ; Also North 6th Street, from N."D"
Street to P.C.C.& St L.Bys Cos, trucks, by constructing then
necessary curb & gutters and paving the roadway with one o. the
following kinds of modern city pavement's, to -wit:- Concrete -
Brick - Asphalt - Creosoted Wooden Block, as provided for by
Improvoment Resolution ties 388-19149 as follows, to-rit:-
