The Board of Public i7orks of the City of Richmond, Indiara- met in repular aession at the office of said Board Hondey July 27th, 1914, at 9 O'clock A. a. All the members of said Board being present, viz: 1:e,;Brs, Bavis, idarlatt & lfcL'inn. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primarily assessed on account of the sanitary sewer in the let alley south of State Street, from Sheridan Street west, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 404-1914, on account of the final hearing on the vace:tion & opening of alleys boing set for August 3rd, 1914, the Board on motion continue hearing on said resolution 404-1914, to L•onday .august 3rd, 1914. 11 The Clerk was directed to noti Ed. Thompson, to repair the sidewalk abutting his property176 Ft -;Payne Ave., The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of cement sidewalk on both Sides of North "J" Street, from North 10h to 12th Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 412-1914.
