The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the opening of the first alley
south of State Street, from Sheridan Street west to the present
terminus of said alley; Also the vacation of the first alley
west of Sheridan Street, from State Street to the 1st alley south
of Sheridan Street, as provided for by Declaratory resolution
No. 101-1914, Mr. Thos. J. Study, attorney for Robert Kersey
owner of ground to be taken for opening of said alley, appeared
before the Board remonstrating verbally against the amount of
damages awarded and benefits assessed, stating that he would
file a written remonstrance against said benefits L damages as
as:.eesed against his property, the Board after careful consider-
ation of said remonstrance, and having visited said prorerty,
overrules said remonstrance, and arprcve a final assessment roll
confirming in all things the original assessment roll, as here-
tofore a proved and now direct the same be transmitted forth -

Tho Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the construction of sanitary
sewer in the alley first. -:south of State Street, from Sheridan
Street west to a point oroosite Boyer Street, as provided for
by Improvement Resolution Iio. 404-1914, After hearing all per-
sons interested who a eared, and carefully considering a ver-
bal remonstrance filed Amos ',,'olfe9 the Board after carefully
considering the sang,modify said assessment roll, by reducing
the assessments on the back lots of Amos ,;olfe, in the sum of
v100.00, and assess the said sum of �100.00 agaro ednst tthehe 0finalf

mitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
