The following proceedings rare had, to -wit. - Pursuant to continuance to this date, the Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected, by tar, proposed opening & extension of Pearl Street, from West 7t' to 8th Street, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution 103-1914. the Board after carefully considering the ve remonstrance made by Amos l7olfe on August 3rd, 1914, t having visited and investigated the proposed opening o: street, decide that there is no crying need for said opening at this time, and on motion of Yr. VcNinn, recind all former action had on said resolution, The Board approved a primary assessment roll ih the matter of extending the alley between South 20th & 21st Street, from its present north terminus to the 1st alley running east & west south of main Street, as provided for by Declaratory Resoluticn No. 102-1914, and fix Thursday August 20th, 19149 9 O'clocl: A.
