Continuation of June 20, 1988 Regular Meeting
DATE: June 27, 1988 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Mayor Latta, J. Dement, D. Gullicksen,
L. Kelly.
OTHERS PRESENT: M. Pusinelli, Village Administrator
C. Dania, Deputy Clerk

J. Harvey, Attorney
Mayor Latta opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag at 7:11 p.m.
Roll call was taken. J. Bootz, K. Callanan, and D. Lewin were absent.
J. Dement moved to adopt Resolution No. 917, A Resolution Appointing
Scharnel I. Binzen as Authorized Agent of the Village for the
Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. Seconded by D. Gullicksen.
Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
L. Kelly moved to adopt Resolution No. 918, A Resolution Amending
Uniform Rules and Regulations for Giving and Receiving Police Support
Between Plainfield and Shorewood. Seconded by D. Gullicksen.
Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
Mayor Latta announced the Plainfield Code Ordinance should be adapted
soon and reminded all to review the Code to see if there are any
corrections. The Board agreed to place this ordinance on the July 18,
1988 meeting for action.
L. Ke11y moved to pay the warrants far the period 6/21/88 through
5/30/88. Seconded by D. Gullicksen. Vote by roll call.
Dement, yes; Gullicksen, yes; Kelly, yes; Latta, yes. 4 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
L. Kelly moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by D. Gullicksen.
Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
