Thursday September 24th, 1914.
The Board of Public 'Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
September 24th, 1914, at 9 O'clock A, Lf. All the members of
said Board being present, Messrs, Bevis, Marlatt and McMinn.
The folLowing proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Standard Pattern Mfg., Co, were granted permission to dig
into North loth Street at Pool Street, to tap water mains, pro-
vided, said Co., file bond for replacing and maintaining said
loth Street, in as good condition as said street now is.
A petition for an electric light in South 21st Street, between
Main & South "A" Street, was received and placed on file.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
the construction of Combined sewer in Center St, from 'T,W,2nd
to N.W.5th Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution
�z No. 409-1914.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
improving Main Street, by paving roadway with Peebles Brick
fromp 4th Street to Main St, Bridge, as provided for by Improve-
ment Resolution No. 413-1914.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
constructing cement roadway in the alley between Main & S.W."A"
Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No.422-1914.
The Board directed the Clerk to notify the Richmond City Hater
iaorka, to extend service pipe to the Northwest corner of North
12th & "J" Streets, before permanent street 18 laid.
