The Board of Public Works of the City of itichmond, Indiana,
met in regulcr session at the office of said Board Thursday
October 29th, 1914, at 9 O'clock A. 1- All the members of
said Board being present, Messrs. Bavie, Yarlatt L ycyfrin,
The following proceedings ^,ere had, to -wit: -

a comr.ittee of the South Side Improvement Association, in
reference to the Old Engine house At South 6th Street and "E"
street,,requestirig that the building be fixed up and rented
to Yr. Dunning for grocery, as the Association now uses the
