The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indi Una
met in regular session at the office of said Board ^ieursc'ay
November Inth, 1914, at 9 O'clock A. H. All the cerLers Of
said Board Doing present, Losers, Buvis, L'erlatt b. ISc::inn.
The follovring proceedings were had, to -wit: -
A complaint signed by II.A.Dill owner of Lots 45 & 46 in i.eeves-
ton Addition , protesting against defective places in walks
abutting on said lots, the Board decided to investigate the
sidewalks together with the City Engineer & contractors and
notify said contractors just what they shall do.
A petits on was presented, for the repair of South 18th Street,
from Main to South "A" Street early next spring, placed on

The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of dmprotement of Reeveston Road,
South 21at, �3rd, "B" & "E" Streets as provided for by Improve-
ment ResOluti on No. 364-1913. No one appearing or remonstrating
against said assessment or improvement, the Board approved a
final assessment roll, confirming in all things the original
assessment roll pis heretofore approved. And the Board now direct
the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
The Board directed the Finance Department to pay the 5,, reserves
to Nolte & Thompson contractors under Improvement Resolutions
as follows to -wit:-
