BOOTZ, D. GULLICKSEN, L. KELLY, D. LEWIN. J. DEMENT AND K. CALLANAN WERE ABSENT. OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLT - ADMINISTRATOR V. KRNAC - VILLAGE CLERK P. WALDOCK - PLANNER At 7:03 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the meeting. Roll call was taken, J. Dement and K. Callanan'were absent. Mayor Latta stated the purpose of this Public Hearing is the Annexation Agreement for Flow-Con Industries, located at 835 143rd Street. Planner Waldock reported this item was discussed a couple of weeks ago. A Public hearing was scheduled but due to a deficiency in the notice we rescheduled the public hearing to this evening. The property is located on the north side of 143rd Street just west of Village Well #4, west of Route 59 and east of Route 30. The Board members have a copy of the Annexation Agreeeent. Mayor Latta stated she would like Section 4-D to state "the property would meet the State Statute as may be amended in the future". After same discussion of the parking area, it was the consensus that the developer will blacktop the parking area in the front (south) on either side of the loading area and also the parking area on the west side of the building. D. Gullicksen questioned what material is the fire wall going to be constructed of between the two (2) units. Jim Collette stated the fire wall will be installed at the time of the construction of the second unit and it will be to code. Also, it was agreed by the Board that Section 4-E should read "Agree to submit a detailed site plan for (remove Village and insert) staff approval. It was agreed by the developer that 20 square feet of signage is sufficient for two owners. L. Kelly moved to adjourn. Seconded by D. Gullicksen. Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no.
