SPECIAL MEETING
DATE: OCTOBER 10, 1988
AT: VILLAGE HALL
MEMBERS Off' BOARD PRESENT: MAYOR LATTA, J. BOOTZ, D. GULLICKSEN,
L. KELLY, D. LEWIN. J. DEMENT AND
K. CALLANAN WERE ABSENT.
OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI - ADMINISTRATOR

At 7:30 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the Special Meeting with the
pledge to the flag.
Roll call was taken, J. Dement and K. Callanan were absent.
Mayor Latta directed Attorney Harvey to draft three (3)
ordinances: (1) an ordinance to sign the annexation agreement;
(2) an ordinance annexing property at 835 143rd Street; and (3)
an ordinance annexing this property into I-1 District.
• L. Kelly moved to adjourn into Executive Session on land
acquisition. Seconded by D. Gullicksen. Voice vote. 4 yes,
0 no. Motion carried.
$:11 p.m.
Due to no action to be taken, L. Kelly moved to adjourn. Seconded
by J. Bootz. Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
