CONTINUED MEETING OF AUGUST 15, 198$

MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: MAYOR LATTA, J. DEMENT, L. KELLY,
K. CALLANAN, D. LEWIN, D. GULLICKSEN.
J. BOOTZ WAS ABSENT.
OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI -- ADMINISTRATOR

At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the meeting with the pledge to
the flag.
Roll call was taken, J. Bootz was absent.
Mayor Latta requested we change the Agenda and hear the Clerk's
Report before the Executive Session, not to reconvene, then we
can go into the Workshop.
Village Clerk requested, due to the Board not meeting at a regular
session until September 19th, could the Board act on a Temporary
Liquor License for St. Mary's Parish Picnic which will be held
on September 11, 1988.
J. Dement moved to adapt Resolution No. 920A Creating A Class
"F" Liquor License For St. Mary's Parish Picnic On September 11,
1988. Seconded by D. Gullicksen. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
Village Clerk reported the Police Department is requesting the
hiring of a full-time dispatcher, Debbie J. Rutecki from Lockport,
effective August 25, 1988 at the rate of $6,,.36 per hour, assuming
she passes her physical.
D. Lewin moved to hire Debbie J. Rutecki as a full-time Dispatcher
effective August 25, 1988 at $6.36 per hour upon passa.ng of the
physical examination. Seconded by J. Dement. Vote by roll call.
Dement, yes; Kelly, yes; Callanan, yes; Lewin, yes; Gullicksen,
yes. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
L. Kelly moved to adjourn into Executive Session not to reconvene
but to come back to open session for the scheduled Workshop.
Seconded by D. Lewin. Seconded by D. Lewin. Voice vote. 5 yes,
0 no. Motion carried.
