Li. All the meebers of said Board being present, Messrs. Eavis, Marlatt & LcHdnn. n The following proceedings were had, to -wit;- D The term of Lir• Bevis as President of Board having expired, - a Yr. Marlatt moved that Lir. Bevis be elected president of the Board for the ensuing term of 3 years, seconded by Mr. McMinn, motion prevulled and Mr. Bevis was declared elected President 7 of the Board of Public Works for 3 years. The Board approved a final assessment roll in tie matter of the construction of sewer in north 12 Street, from the south terminal of present sewer, south 152' to the south line of north "J" Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 427-1914, and directed the same be transmitted forthwith tor,the Department of Finance. A petition was presented for an electric light at corner of liandolph & 1W. 3rd Street, taken under advieement. On motion of L'r. Marlatt, the building Inspector was directed to investigate tie to the cost of covering the floors in Board od Works & City Clerk's offices, with linolium or other rater- Isl A corur.unication signed by H. P. Owens, stating that petitioners for ornamental lighting system on West Lain Street, had been mis-informed as to the coat of said system, was received and on motion placed on file.
