Mayor Latta opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. with the pledge to
the flag.
Ro11 call was taken, all members were present.
J. Dement moved to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of
October 16, 1989 and Continued meeting of October 16th to October
23, 1989. Seconded by W. Sharp. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
Mayor Latta appointed Randy Krnac as Temporary Electrical
Inspector for the period of January 29th through February 25,
1990.
J. Gaylord moved to adjourn into Executive Session, to reconvene.
Seconded by W. Sharp. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.

W. Sharp (due to no business to discuss) moved to adjourn the
meeting. Seconded by J. Gaylord.
