Complaint was made that the itfchmond Light, Heat & Power Co.,
were din-,1ng between the sidewalks & curbs, in placing curb
cocks, and not pluming sod back in proper manner. The Clerk
was directed to notify General YunageT H. He Johnson, to have
lawns betwoon curb & walk placed in as good condition as the
same were before digging therein.
The Board signed agreement wil th Edwyn E. watts, Incor,=rzted,
of Indianapolis, Ind•, to act as Consulting Engineer in the
matter of the arplication of the City of Richmond, to fix elec-
tric light & power rates in city, now pending before the Public
Servi ce Com:.d ssi on of Indiana, at the price of U5.i0 a day m
ampaneee for each & every day's service performed as Consulting
Engineer under the agreement, together with all traveling and
living expenses which said ;7atte, shall incur in said ratter
