The City Attorney was directed to prepare contract � bond per_

The Board alreeted the Cleric to present the propoeal of the city
for removing, ashes at the Post Office building, for the sum of
31.15 per cubic ;hard.
The Board ulgned contract with Yenry H. Wagoner, of the City of
Huntington, Indiana, to personaly supervise & superintend the
erection and conotruction of 3 separate L distinct unite of
Smith's Patent Garbage Incinerator, each to have a daily cap-
acity of 6 to 10 tone of garbage$ the same to become ef=ective
upon approval of bond of said H. H. Wagoner. (See contract)
The Board on motion ordered the Richmond City Water:'uorks, to
1 lay 6" water main to City Light Plant and install fire hydrant,
said hydrant to be ,t.id for by said light plant.
W the Board received transfer of all rights title L• interest in
Smith's Garbage Incbnemting furnace, from H. H. wagoner, in and

Petitions were presented, for the cone:ruct:on of cement sidewalk
