Absent: Annie Rapaport (COA Programs Coordinator), Cindy Bingham (SB Liaison), Laura Usher, Jay

Meeting called to order and Governors' Orders read by Andrea Nevins at 1:00 pm
Documents and exhibits: Minutes of April 21, 2022, Meeting Agenda, Directors' Report, Action Plan
Implementation FY22
Minutes of April 21, 2022 were unanimously approved.
DIRECTORS' REPORT:

Annie Rapaport is the new Program Coordinator
Eagle Point Trail Hike: Andrea requested that better definition of the levels of walks and
conditions be given to the trail hikes
The movie "Dough" was selected for movie night at Sea Camp Park
Health and Wellness Fair
The Fai;r went well with about fifty people signed in to the Fair
At next Wellness Fair we need to provide a survey to get participants reactions.
Timingmight be adjusted to include younger people
There ,were many thoughts and suggestions which will be reviewed and discussed in
preparation for next years' Fair
- All agreed that the Fair was well worth it
Program Reports
- See Action Plan Implementation
- Next meeting we will review what went well and discuss next year 5 year Action Plan
Will connect with Mass group who did the work for the previous plan for a refresh
Committee Reports
Recreation Committee:
All summer programs are being held with full classes
There is a need for one, possibly two lifeguards
- They are looking for a senior tennis individual to manage the program
The Scholarship program selectees was postponed to the next meeting
The committee is looking to hire gatekeepers for the Bay Side property
- Grant Applications:
Our grant request for funds for benches was turned down
Andrea and Sharon will check with Laura to see if we can get grant money from the Realtors
Association
Vision Planning Committee:
The committee is finalizing Action Plans by building blocks
Workshops will be held on June 13 and 14 to develop steps to be taken
