All the =embers of said Board being present, Messrs, Bevis, Marlatt and YeMinn. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the improvement of South & North 5th Street, Also Ft -Wayne Ave, by paving the roadway with one of the kinds of modern pavements to -wit:- Concrete - Brick - Asphalt - Creoeotc?
