I,. The fo__owing members Of said Board being present, Lasers, gavis and Marlatt, Absent Kr.t[ciiinn. Two members being present, the following proceedings were had:. The Board meet a to hear all persons Interested or whose property is affected by Improvement Resolution No. 450-1915 for the im- provement of South 22nd Street, by constricting cement curb, cutter & 6' sidewalks on both sides of street; also grading, graveling or macadamizing the roadway from South "A" to "B" Street. After hear- ing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised in the premises the Board on motion of 'Lyre 1larlatt modify said resolution by striking out the words macadanizing, and thereupon the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be as::ess- ed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineerand thereupon takes final action on said resolution the same being confined as modified. The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the improvement of the alley between South 7th & 6th Street, by constructing a cement roadway from South "A" to Street as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 452-1915. after hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised in the premises the Board decides that the benefits to Property liable to be assessed fro said improvements are equal tc the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer and there- upon tanes final acti on on said resolution the same being confirned without modification. The Boarc meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides Of Center Street from northwest 2nd to 5th Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution no. 45Z-1915. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, the Board decides that the benefits to Property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there- -as takes final action on said resolution the same being confirmed without modification.
