Special l�Teeting, November 11,1963

Councilmen present: Eckhoff, Hippen, Huisman, Rieliena.
P�Zotion by Eckhoff, seconded. by Hippen th�.t the Council accept
delivery of crew fire truck and instruct Tovrn Clerk to pay bill
for same. Carried. -
John E. Rielena introduced the following resolution, seconded
by Lester Huisman..
"He it resolved that effective November 30, 1963, the Vol-
unteer Fire Dept. of Wellsb_rg, Iowa, shall answer no fire calls
outside the corporate limits of the To��rn of Wellsburg, Iowa,
for the reason that no financial assistance has been recieved
from any person or organization outside of the corporate limits
of the Town of Wel)_sba�rg to help defray the expense of fire
protection service.":
Upon roll call Councilmen voted upon said resolution as follows:
.Lester Huisman voted "Aye", Henry Hippen voted "Aye", Jolxn E.
Riel�ena voted "Aye", Herman Eckhoff voted "Aye".
All members of tree , Couizcil being present and having voted "Aye"

Notion by Huisman, seconded by EclLhoff to btzy 1150 feet of hose

Motion by Riekena, seconded. by Hippen to adjourn. Carried_ _
