A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL CURRENTLY ZONED C-4 IN PART AND O-1 IN PART TO R-1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property containing approximately 0.3 acres South of Beech Grove Lane and North of U.S. 40, and legally described as provided and follows,
to wit:
See attached Exhibit “A”
as C-4, General Business District in part and O-1, Greenbelt District in part and as described in the attached Exhibit “B”; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to
an R-1, One-Family Residence District in order to allow the owner to divide contingent parcels and the parcel at issue into three residential properties.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an R-1, One-Family Residence
District.
