Board referred the same to the City Civil Engineer, and there-
upon postpone further action

The Board received communlcati on from lest Richmond Improvement
Association , imploring the City to fill the old National Road
way on the west bank of the river, so that In the future Sw let
Street may be extended south, Also resolution heartily endoraIng
any acts on that the Board may take in relieving the city of the
dust nuisance, as well tie being in favor of purchasing machinery
for this purpose, on motion placed on file.
The Clerk_ was directed to notify the Street Car Co., to remove a
pole at 28 South 8th Street extending through a tree,
The Board approved the contract & bond of Chase He gasecoster in
the matter of installing bath room in city building at No, 2 Fire
Department.
The Board approved the contract & bond of F• r.. Slick, contractor
under Improvement Resolution No, 446-1915,
The Board approved the contract & bond of R. Payne, contractor
under Improvement Resolutions No's., 457 & 458-1915,
The Board approved the pay -rolls of the various city departments
to March 15th, 191.5.
Claims to the amount of 91582.CC) were allowed & ordered paid.
The Board then adjourned,
