1. 3.30 Main Street — Brewster Conservation Commission v. Karam, et al., Barnstable Sup. Ct. Docket No. 22CV65
Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares that
having a discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town's litigating position.
2. 2624-2628 Main Street— Brewster Conservation Commission v. Brown, Barnstable Sup. Ct. Docket No. 21CV452

ffrey Hennemuth requests determination as to whether the area -buffer zone to inland wetlands, and the work -
moval and reinstallation of deck are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw,

Notices' of Intent
1. (Veal Shifman and Deborah Rau propose to install a seasonal dock, create a vista corridor, remove invasive
species, plant native species and convert a gravel patio into a dry -laid paver patio on and within 50 and 100 feet of
inland resources at 87 North Pond Drive, 89/58 (27/84-1).
2. 125 Underpass Road LLC proposes to construct aone-story
addition across the back of the existing building
within 100 feet of inland resources at 125 Underpass Road, 77/16 (27/15-2).
3. Continued -Sears Point Condominium proposes to extend the coir envelope shoreline protection system in
addition to sand nourishment, plantings and the placement of compacted gravel borrow fill within coastal

4. Continued - James & Nancy Gould propose expansion of an existing deck, construction of timber stairs, and
iOstallation of a seasonal dock on and within 50 feet of inland wetlands at 42 Featherbed Lane, 11/46 (38/94).
