SPECIAL MEETING
DATE:. OCTOBER 22, 1990
AT: VILLAGE HALL
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: MAYOR LATTA, D. LEWIN, L. KELLY, J.
GAYLORD, J. DEMENT, W. SHARP. D.
GULLICKSEN WAS ABSENT.
OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI - ADMINISTRATOR

At 6:30 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the meeting v~zth the ~aledge to
the flag.
Roll call was taken, D. Gullicksen was absent.
Mayor Latta stated she received a letter from the DBA requesting
the "Trick or Treat" hours be from 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. After
she discussed these hours with Chief Bennett, they determined the
children are being released from school later and there is no
reason to change the hours (Trick or Treat). They will remain
from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m, and the Clerk is to notify the Chief.
After some discussion in reference to the Board meetings, it was
the consensus of the Board to eliminate Workshops and have a
Board meeting on the first four (4) Mondays of each month through
December 17, 1990. The Board will act on the meeting schedule
November 5, 1990. It was also discussed to try to limit the
meeting time from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
J. Gaylord moved to adjourn into Executive Session for pending
litigation, personnel and possible land acquisition, to
reconvene. Seconded by J. Dement. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.

Ke11y. Voice vote. S yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
