DEMENT WAS ABSENT.

At 6:06 p.m. Mayor Latta opened the meeting with the pledge to
the flag.
Roll call was taken, J. Dement was absent. D. Gullicksen called,
will be a little late,
L. Kelly moved to adjourn into Executive Session regarding
possible litigation, not to reconvene, Seconded by W. Sharp.
Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
D. Gullicksen came at 6:09 p.m,
