The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
Appointed by His Hon. .rm. W. ZimmermancMayor, of 'aid City.
. havingtduly qualified as such offtcers, ,met for organization
at the office of said Board Monday January 7th 1918 At 12,30
P. M. Messrs. Wm. N. Johnson, Thomas C . Taylor and John E.
Peitz . composing: said Board. A11_ the members being present.
The following proceedings were had to-wit.:-
On motion of Mr. Peltz Mr. Johnson was elected Presidentaand
Mr. Taylor vice President for four, years..
The Board proceeded to make the following appointments to the
several City Officer's named as follows. to-wit:-
Sup't._ Mun. Elec. L. &P.P. . James B. Dillon
Street Commissioner . . John B. Sittlih
Chief Fire Department E. E. Miller
Sup't of Public Parks Edward Hollarn
Assistant City Civil Engineer Everett L. Davis
Inspector of Weights &Measures &M. M. Thos. P. Butler Blinding Inspector Inspector . John E. Pinnich
Dairy Inspector Jo.seph.R. Edwards
Sanitary Inspector . Wm. W. Keen
Custodian City Building . John Wesly Hall
.. On motion the above appointments were ratified and approved.
The appointment of John E. Pinnich for Building Inspector
ordered- presented to the Common Council .of the City of
Richmond Indiana for their 'appoval.
. The Board decided to hold regular meetings on Monday .aid
Thursdays of each week at 90'Clock A. M.
