LEWIN, L. KELLY, W. SHARP, J. DEMENT, J. GAYLORD. D. GULLTCKSEN WAS ABSENT. OTHERS PRESENT: M. PUSINELLI - ADMINISTRATOR V. KRNAC - VILLAGE CLERK J. HARVEY - ATTORNEY P. WALDOCK - PLANNER D. BENNETT - POLICE CHIEF At 6:32 p,m. the meeting was opened. Roll call was taken, D. Gullicksen was absent. J. Dement moved to authorize Village President and Clerk to execute the agreement entitled Intergovernmental Agreement Between Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois and Board of Library Trustees of the Plainfield Public Library District, Will County, Illinois. Seconded by J. Gaylord. Vote by roll call. Lewin, yes; Kelly, yes; Sharp, yes; Dement, yes; Gaylord, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, Motion carried. Jim Goodson, 714 Illinois Street (across the street from Library) voiced his concerns of the Library parking. Representative of the Library stated they have no intentions of condemning any parcels of property for parking at this time. Engineer Robert Hamilton explained his memo dated September 21, 1990 - Plainfield Acres sewer and water extension. It was the consensus of the Board, at this time, the Village will run sewer from Renwick Road to Julie Avenue and east on Getson; water up to Julie Avenue and have the engineering done for the whole project (sewer & water). W. Sharp moved to authorize Hamilton Engineering to complete bid specs and engineering for water and sewer extension to encompass Plainfield Acres from Robert Avenue to Renwick Road at an approximate cast of $2$,000. Seconded by L. Kelly. Vote by roll call. Lewin, yes; Kelly, yes; Sharp, yes; Dement, present; Gaylord, yes. 4 yes, 1 present. Motion carried. r~ PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SEPTEMBER 2~4, 1990 PAGE TWO Administrator Pusinelli explained there are many property owners in Plainfield Acres that are concerned about heavy equipment damaging their septic fields. Mayor Latta will send a letter to Dave Smith, State Coordinating Officer, at the Illinois Emergency Services and Disaster Agency stating the entire area except Benson, septic fields could have been damaged by heavy equipment in the cleanup.. W. Sharp moved to adjourn into Executive Session an land acquisition, pending litigation and regarding employment of personnel, not to reconvene. Seconded by J. Dement. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no.
