PUBLIC HEARING
DATE: AUGUST 6, 1990

KELLY WAS ABSENT.

Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m.
Roll call was taken, L. Ke11y was absent.
Mayor Latta stated the purpose of this Public Hearing is for an
amendment to Lakelands Annexation Agreement.
Planner Waldock pointed a correction at the end of the first
paragraph of his report should read "and Phase 3 is to be annexed
on June 25th of 1991". Basically, the Lakelands Corporation is
requesting an amendment to their annexation agreement. The
agreement specifies that the annexation of Phase 2 was to occur
on June 25th of 1990, and Phase 3 to be annexed on June 26th of
1991. The amendment would provide a one (1) year extension on
each of these time frames. Annexation of Phase 2 then would
occur on June 26, 1991, and Phase 3 would occur on Jun 26th of
1992. The Plan Commission had no objection to the amendment.
The Board had no objections to the amendment.
W. Sharp moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by D.
Gullicksen. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
