The Board of Public forks of the City of ill chmond , Indiana.,
met in re gular session in the offi ce of sa id Board Monday
December 3rd , 1917 , at 9:i_o' clock A. All the members• being
present , Messrs , • Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn. The following
proceedings were had , to -wit : -
No business of any importance being before the Board , the
Board did then ad ourn ,

• Thursday December 6th , 1917 .
The Board of Public Works of the City of nichmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of sabd Board Thursday
December 6th , 1917 , at 9 o' cl ock A. M. All the members of
said Board being pre sent , Messrs , Bav is, , Marlatt and McMinn.
The fo llowing proceedings were had , to -wit : -
The Clerk , reported complaint made 'by Councilman Steinbririk,
as to bad place in Main Street at 8th Street ; Also to request
to have South 9th Street repai red from South "A" Street south ,
The Clerk was directed to notify the Street Car Co . , as to bad
place in street at 8th & Main Street , as to South 9th Street ,
the city can not have stone delivered and it is to late in the
season.

The matter of the Flush Tank, in the first alley south of Main
Street, running from South 11th to 12th Street , was referred to
City Lngineer for investigation and report to incoming adminis-
tration.
• The Street Commissioner, reported that a flange on one of the
wheels of the road roller was in bad shape , roller should be
junked and the city purchase a 12 or 15 ton roller , 1-1.lso to
the need of hose for sewer flushing purposes , on motion the
Clerk was air cote to make a note of the above in the record
for future referrence by next administration.

Payrolls up to December 1st , 1917 were approved ,
Claims to the amount of 4;4967 .89 were allowed and ordered paid.
