Mayor Latta opened the Public Hearing on the Appropriation
Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1990.
Roll call was taken, all members were present.
Administrator Pusinelli reported the total Appropriation
$24,432,961. D. Gullicksen questioned the reason having a tight
budget of $2,500,000 and then the appropriation of $24 million.
J. Harvey stated we cannot predict what could happen next year.
This is a safety valve. It gives the Village the ability to use
if needed.
Administrator Pusinelli stated there is a good article in the May
1990 Municipal Review Magazine.
Mayor Latta stated the Appropriation Ordinance will be scheduled
for the June 18, 1990 Board Meeting.
W. Sharp moved to adjourn the Public Hearing on the Appropriation
Ordinance. Seconded by J. Gaylord. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
