Monday November 19th , 1917 .
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular sessimn at the office of said Board Monday
November 19th', 1917 , at 9 o!clock A. y. All .the members of
said Board being present , Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt and McMinn.
The following -proceedings were had , to-wit :i-
A verbal petition was presented from Grace M. E. Church ,
requesting permission to tap inlet at the alley back of new
church on south side of North "A" Street between North 9th
and 10th Streets, for roof water, the City Civtil Engineer
was directed to grant permit for same , with the understand-
ing that the Asphalt Street is not to be in any manner dis-
turbed or dug into . .
