Monday October 29 th , 1917 :
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana , .
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
Octobe r 29 th, 1917 , at 9 0'clock A. M. . All the members of
said Board being present ., Messrs , Bavis , Marlatt & McMinn.
The following-proceedings were had , to -wit : -
The Board directed the Street Commissioner to scrape South
- "G" Street between 6th & 7th Street , and if possible place
material on same before winter.
The matter of coal bill against Light Plant in favor of
A. Har sh Coal & Supply C o. , for car of coal received thru
mistake of railroad company placing same on light plant
switch , the Sup't . , of plant wasvdirected to pay the bill
on motion of Mr. Marlatt , seconded by McMinn.
The matter of Light Plant employees driving spike in tree
in front of No. 320 ,North 18th Street , was referred to
Sup't. , of said plant .

November 1st , 1917 , at 9 o° clock A. M. All members of said.
Board present , Messrs , Bavis and ilex latt , absent Mr. McMinn. '
Two members being pre sent , the following proceedings were .
had, to-wit :- _
In matter of complaint in regard to the bad condition of 0;
North 8th Street north of "F" Street, the Board decide to Iinvestigate .
Nothing further of any importance the
