The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana ,
met in regular session at the office of said. Board Monday
October 29th, 1 917 , at 9 o'clock A. M. • All the members of
said Board being present ; Messrs , Bavis., Marlatt & McMinn.
The following-pro c•eedings were had ; to -wit :-
The Board directed the Street Commissioner to scrape South
- "G" Street between 6th & 7th• Street , and if possible plaice,
material on same before winter.
The matter of coal bill against Light. Plant in favor of
A. Harsh Coal & Supply Co. , for car of coal received thru
mistake of railroad company placing same on light plant
switch , the Sup't. , of plant wasi-directed to pay the bill
on motion of Mr. MVlarlatt , seconded by McMinn.
The matter of Light Plant employees driving spike in tree
in front of No. 320 ,North 18th Street , was referred to
Sup't: , of said plant .

met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday
November 1st , 1917 , at 9 o' clock A. M. All members of said
Board present , Messrs , Bavis and_ 14arlatt , absent Mr. McMinn.
Two members being pre sent , the following proceedings were
had, to-wit :- _
In matter of complaint inV regard to the bad condition of lr
North 8th Street north of "F" Street, the Board decide to
